• Jasmine rice, distinguished by its rich, lovely aroma and mildly nutty flavour, is a heritage long grain, aromatic rice grown in its original form only in Thailand. Families traditionally farm the nutrient-rich paddies, so the rice is lovingly cared for throughout its cultivation. A photo-period sensitive variety, jasmine rice can only be cultivated once a year. Upon harvesting, it is processed in the only organic mill in Thailand, ensuring that no adulteration of non-organic grains is possible.
