Why do we use this product?

• Ceres Organics cold-pressed Sunflower Oil is natural, unrefined polyunsaturated oil.
• To preserve the natural aroma, colour, flavour and nutritional value of the sunflower seeds, the oil is extracted in the traditional manner – without the use of petrochemical solvents, heavy filtration or deodorisation.
• Sunflower Oil is a full flavoured oil recommended for low heat cooking.
• It has a maximum heat point of 130C.
• Certified Organic.

How do we use this product?

Sunflower oil is ideal for gently heated sauces and dressings. Great for salads and fresh foods too.

Storage:Store out of direct sunlight.
