Why do we use this product?

• At Ceres Organics we like our food wholesome and pure. So our Tomato & Basil Passata is just that! We take organically grown, vine-ripened Italian tomatoes, and simply mash them before carefully passing through a sieve to remove seeds and lumps. This is then blended with organically grown basil and poured into bottles, with nothing else added. Just straight up goodness.

How do we use this product?

This Italian classic is great in soups and sauces, or any other dish for a rich tomato flavor and smooth texture.
