How do we use this product?

Heres how you can enjoy this tea:

1. In a teacup or small teapot with infuser, put 1 to 2 teaspoons of the botanical blend. If you like it strong, add more.
2. Pour 250ml of freshly boiled water and infuse for 3 to 4 minutes. To make a liter, put 4 to 8 teaspoons.
3. Strain the botanicals from the water and set aside.
