How do we use this product?

1 tablet 3 times daily, just before or with any meal containing fat.

Other Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, dibasic calcium phosphate, hydroxypropyl cellulose, stearic acid, modified cellulose gum, and magnesium stearate and silica.
