How do we use this product?

1. Add the desired liquid.Add the liquid before you add the protein powder to keep the powder from clumping at the bottom of the shaker or coating the sides.

2. Measure your favorite powder.

3. Add any other ingredients.

4. Put the lid on the shaker. Shake vigorously up and down for a slow count of 20.The mixer breaks up the protein powder and helps mix the ingredients together.
